Function flushAll

flushAll(config: OTLPExporterConfig, serviceName: string): Promise<void>
Flush all collected traces and logs to OTLP endpoint

Convenience function that calls both flushTraces and flushLogs. Never throws - errors are logged to console.
Parameters
- config: OTLPExporterConfig
- serviceName: string
